Tip-Off SOS Privacy Policy

Tip-Off SOS – Emergency Alert (“Tip-Off SOS”, “the App”) is designed to help users quickly alert trusted contacts during emergency situations.
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Tip-Off SOS collects only the minimum data necessary to provide its emergency alert features.
a. User-Provided Information
- Emergency contact phone numbers added by the user
- Voice input used to create an emergency message (voice is converted to text only)
b. Location Information
- Device location (GPS) is accessed only when an SOS alert is triggered
- Location data is used solely to include a location link in the emergency message
- The App does not track location continuously and does not perform background location tracking
c. Device Information
- Limited device information required for app functionality, such as Android version
2. How We Use Your Information
- Send SOS messages to user-selected emergency contacts
- Include the user’s location in emergency alerts
- Convert spoken emergency messages into text
- Improve app reliability and performance
Tip-Off SOS does not use collected data for profiling, surveillance, behavioral tracking, or non-emergency analytics.
3. Data Sharing
Tip-Off SOS does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- SMS services — to deliver emergency messages through the user’s default SMS application
- Advertising services (such as Google AdMob) — advertisements are displayed only on a dedicated advertisement screen
Emergency-related screens, including SOS and Emergency Contacts, are always ad-free.
4. Advertising
- Advertisements are displayed only on a dedicated advertisement screen
- No advertisements appear on emergency or SOS-related screens
- Advertising partners may collect limited anonymous data in accordance with their own privacy policies
- Tip-Off SOS does not control third-party advertising privacy practices
5. Data Storage & Security
- Emergency contacts are stored locally on the user’s device
- SOS messages are handled by the device’s default SMS application
- Tip-Off SOS does not operate external servers for personal emergency data storage
6. User Control & Data Deletion
- Emergency contacts can be edited or removed at any time
- Voice input is not stored after use
- Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data on the device
7. Children’s Privacy
Tip-Off SOS is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Permissions Used
- Location — to include GPS location in SOS messages
- Microphone — for voice-to-text emergency messages
- Motion Sensors — to enable shake-to-trigger SOS
- SMS Intent — to open the user’s default SMS application with a pre-filled emergency message for manual sending

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

DutyTrack Privacy Policy

DutyTrack, developed by 7G Worldwide, is designed to support duty verification, attendance monitoring,
location confirmation, QR capture, selfie validation, and administrative reporting.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: such as first name, surname, phone number, institution, organisation, department, level, staff number, matriculation number, and related registration details.
- Location Data: GPS location data used for resume duty, check-ins, and close-duty verification.
- Images: selfie images and QR-related captured images used for verification and record purposes.
- Duty Logs: attendance records, check-in status, timestamps, excuse entries, and close-duty records.
- Device Information: limited technical information needed for app operation and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
- To register and identify users
- To verify resumption, check-ins, and close-duty activity
- To confirm physical presence at assigned locations
- To generate administrative logs and reports
- To support fraud prevention, compliance, and operational accountability
- To improve app reliability and service support
3. Data Sharing
7G Worldwide does not sell personal data. Information may be accessible to authorized institutions,
employers, administrators, or organizations using DutyTrack for monitoring, verification, compliance,
or attendance management.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, lawful request, dispute handling,
or security investigation.
4. Data Storage
DutyTrack information may be stored on the user’s device, within generated logs, and in exported reports
used for administrative or operational purposes.
5. Data Retention
Relevant records may be retained for operational, legal, audit, administrative, security,
or dispute-resolution purposes as reasonably required.

7G Worldwide takes reasonable steps to protect information processed through DutyTrack against unauthorized access,
misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to any lawful,
administrative, security, or organizational retention requirements.
