How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@7g-worldwide.com

2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

3. In the email, include the following details:

Your full name
Your registered email address or phone number linked to the account
The app name (Tip-Off SOS or DutyTrack)
A clear statement requesting deletion of your account

What Will Be Deleted

Your account profile information connected to the service
Any support-linked personal details submitted for account use
Associated account records that are no longer required for legal or operational purposes

What May Be Retained

Records we are required to keep for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes
Technical or backup records that may remain temporarily in secure backup systems before permanent removal

Any retained information will only be kept where necessary and for the minimum period reasonably required.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days after we verify the request.
